Cashier/Service Crew

In the role of the NUTHERA Service Crew/Cashier, your responsibilities encompass creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for our valued customers, fostering a sense of belonging within the NUTHERA family, and ensuring the prompt delivery of excellent service and delectable food. This includes introducing yourself to customers and acquainting them with our signature dishes before their menu selections.

Your duties encompass the following:

Delivering a positive customer experience through fair, friendly, and courteous service

Operating the POS/Cash register to record sales by itemizing and totaling customers' purchases

Accurately taking orders and inputting them into the ordering system

Collaborating with team members to ensure swift and precise order fulfillment while maintaining food quality

Routinely addressing customer inquiries regarding pricing and products.

Swiftly resolving any customer service issues and concerns

Recording, summarizing, and tallying sales generated by the system at the end of each shift to verify accuracy, counting cash register contents, and maintaining receipts and records

Ensuring the timely and efficient service of food and beverages

Coordinating with the kitchen staff to follow up on food and beverage orders

Performing cleaning duties at the service station and in the vicinity of the kitchen

Contributing to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess high school and college level, any relevant vocational course

TESDA certification in cookery, baking, and food service is an advantage

Excellent customer service, including patience and a friendly demeanor

Effective verbal communication skills

Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures and food safety

Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in any Fast-Food Chain is an advantage

An overall pleasing and well-groomed appearance.

Knowledgeable of POS system

To be assigned in Asian Development Bank Headquarters, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Salary Package: PHP670 daily rate

Complete government-mandated benefits, overtime pay and 13th-month pay

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
