Sales and Marketing Manager

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the agriculture sector.

Analyse data to understand market demand and potential sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Provide product knowledge training to the sales team.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote agricultural products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, sales, and trends.

Foster strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture industry.

In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate a sales team.

Proficient in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
