Duties and Responsibilities:
1.1 Carry out all instruction as per immediate superior requirement/advice.
1.2 Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
1.3 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate recruitment site.
1.4 Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone or email.
1.5 Conduct prescreening interviews and matching them in to suitable job roles.
1.6 Sending job vacancies to the outsourced.
1.7 Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, termination and changes in job classification.
1.8 Scheduling on boarding orientation of newly hired employees.
1.9 Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
1.10 Endorse new employee to the department head.
1.11 Coordinate HRD meetings with outsourced.
1.12 Prepared hold memo for an Inactive, absent employee and notice of separation.
1.13 Compiling and update employee records thru 201 files.
1.14 Issuance of locker to the newly hired employee.
Qualifications:
1.1 Graduate of 4 years course (preferable human resource management and Psychology).
1.2 Must have 1 year related experience; computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
1.3 Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping and knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
1.4 Ability to work under pressure, direction focus, attention to details, accuracy in recording and inputting information and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
1.5 Adhere to safe working practices, housekeeping and standard operating procedures in the production.
