Product Manager (Soil Compactor)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Any Bachelor's Engineering Degree

• Proven work experience in sales of road equipment specifically in soil compactors (very familiar with other brands such as Bomag, Amman, Caterpillar, Sakai, Dynapac, Volvo, JCB, etc.)

• Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutions

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Excellent presentation and creativity skills

• Willing to travel locally and overseas

• Open-minded and a team player

• Excellent knowledge of computer application

• Detail-oriented, pay attention to details

• Customer relationship-oriented

• Good driver and have a valid driving license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase SOIL COMPACTOR market share

• Awareness of competitor's products, pricing, and market statistics and strategies

• Manage business Profit&Loss

• Collaborate with the finance department on all financial matters.

• Maximize financial profitability through value-based selling.

• Plan and execute business actionable and sales goals.

• Plan, execute, and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries into orders.

• Initiate strongly and implement marketing and sales activities.

• Create strong relationships with existing customers.

• Identify and develop new customers.

• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with product specialists locally and principal companies.

• Participate in promotional activities, i.e., exhibitions, marketing, and product presentations.

• Awareness of competitors' products, pricing, and market statistics.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• Area of coverage: Nationwide

• To be based in Carmona, Cavite
