DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Safety Behavioural Observation and monitor other employee's conduct of SBO.
Evaluate and summarize SBO results, do appropriate actions to correct unsafe behavior and conditions.
Update Daily Safety data.
Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.
Attend SHE meetings.
Conduct routine safety inspection of lines and 5 mins Safety Talk to all lines.
Conduct Fire Fighting equipment inspection.
Monitor PPE implementation.
Conduct Safety orientation for visitors and new employees.
Orient suppliers on Safety
Conduct Safety Training and re-orientation on employees.
Conduct fire and emergency drills.
Update safety manuals and safety signages.
Permits renewal (all government permits)
Monitor Pest Control implementation.
Liaise with government officials and other entities when required.
Do and submit SHE weekly and monthly report to Operation Head.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Area of Specialty
2-5 yrs. experience on safety, health and environmental aspects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
With certification on Occupational Safety and Health trainings
