Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine the message the design should portray

Consulting managers and clients about design requirements

Create images that identify a product or convey a message

Producing sketches and sample designs

Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, social media postings and websites

Select colors, images, text style, and layout

Test graphics across various media

Liaising with sales, marketing and production departments

Present the design to clients or the art director

Amend designs after feedback

Maintaining an awareness of current design trends and influences

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.

Exceptional creativity and innovation.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills

At least 6 months
