Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission:

Planning and implementation of investment projects and operational excellence projects

Support of the plant manager

Development and optimisation of production processes using appropriate methods and tools (TPM, Lean, Kaizen, CI, FMEA)

Ensuring project realization including coordination and communication with all relevant stakeholders

Fostering knowledge and good practice sharing within international team structure

Development and implementation of new standards

Controlling of production related KPI’s

Your profile:

Degree in industrial engineering / process engineering / management or a comparable engineering degree, with initial work experience of 3 to 5 years in a production field

Knowledge of production-related KPI’s such as quality, HSE and productivity

Experience in all aspects of continuous improvement and lean management tools (TPM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, FMEA, etc.)

Ability to work autonomously, excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach

Structured thinking and acting,

Acting as a team player and good communication skills

Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP and database systems is an advantage

Mobility and willingness to travel

Languages: German, English
