Prepares work and operation plans for the lab personnel.
Supervises the work of each member of the lab team.
Evaluates quality control and quality assurance statistics and modifies manuals as need.
Evaluates staff performance, development, modification, verification, and validation of methods.
Participate in planning services for other department within the operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 4-year course graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
Must be a Registered Chemist (License).
Good laboratory and technical skills, good presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, people handling leadership skills.
At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
Knowledgeable in Basic Occupational Safety Hazard.
