Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers through inbound call, email and chat.

Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved problems.

Identify common issues, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvement.

Periodically output technical problem case summaries, provide enablement training for each service store, and monitor the application effect.

Judgment of repair warranty dispute and guidance on product authenticity identification.

Qualifications:

Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or ANY Science related field.

With or without BPO Experience are welcome to apply.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Strong customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic demeanor.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Can start as soon as possible

Earn 22k basic salary + Allowance + HMO upon regularization.
