Business Solutions Specialist

This role will focus on the improvement of the company's HMO Insurance Services.

1. Identify business problems and the development and delivery of solutions and services.

2. Must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge, development of innovative and creative business services.

3. To make strategies to promote the company and healthcare services.

4. Design new products or services.

5. Implements and tracks the strategies and plan.

6. Other tasks that management may assign from time to time are relevant to the job position.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Degree and/or Medical Allied Courses

Relevant experience in the same role minimum 5 years

Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities

Experience in and HMO Insurance processes
