As a Treasury Associate, you will be responsible for handling the following:
• Ensure that Official Receipts are issued for all payments received and that those are deposited immediately
• Prepare accurate daily cash and checks collection reports;
• Prepare and submit accurate reports as required by Management Information System (MIS);
• Advise Operations and Credit & Collection about returned checks as soon as possible;
• Maintains enough petty cash daily for employees' needs;
• Update petty cash vouchers through SAP;
• Secure and account for all cash and check collections
Qualifications for this position include:
• A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in cashiering or fund custodianship
