Qualifications:

Completed 2 years in College (No Back Subjects).

3 years or more experience in BPO set-up.

2 years experience as Team Lead in BPO Set-Up.

Preferably with 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce.

Preferably knowledgeable In handling EMEA Market.

Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)

Experienced in handling a team with at least 15 or more headcounts.

Can start ASAP
