· At least college level of any course
· Experience in messengerial and general housekeeping is an advantage.
· Familiar with routes using public transport.
· Advantage if knows how to drive 2- or 4-wheel vehicle.
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge on liaison works such as processing of building admin permits, contractors is an advantage.
· Highly adaptable and physically fit to perform duties.
