The purpose of the Customer Delivery Centre in India is to provide business expertise to support an organization's global or domestic implementation by designing new processes, optimizing current ones, managing complex implementation projects, and providing user support and training. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Back-Office to work in a customer facing role to drive global system implementations.

What you will do

Work directly with customers to gather, scope, and understand business requirements, and influence them toward our standard methodology solutions.

Work hands-on to design, configure, and test the system to ensure that it meets the business requirements wherever there is a deviation from our out-of-the-box solution

Follow up with the Client’s end-users to validate the solution delivered, achieve signoff, and continue to support various phases such as SIT, UAT, and Migration activities and move the system toward release

Identify and raise approved core product gaps and follow up through our internal process until delivery.

During the development of enhancements, individual will work with the Product team or Project technical team to iteratively test enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements.

The Consultant will assist in the deployment and validation by the Client.

Responsible for training users on basic use of the system, new functionality

Professional level Hands-on knowledge or experience in the implementation, Product development, and/or support of a Back-Office system primarily post-trade processing, Cross-Asset Accounting, Confirmations, Matching, Settlements, Reconciliations, Messages (SWIFT/Paper), Regulatory and Internal reporting.

Authorities and functional experience in support of one or more of the following Asset classes: Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income and Money Market (FI/MM), Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), FX Derivatives (FXD), Credit Derivatives, Equities, Commodities and Commodity Derivatives.

Experience in writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.

Candidate with exposure to Clearing, Collateral Management & Securities Finance is preferred.

Willingness and ability to travel as required!

Relevant Back office and Capital Market domain experience of 3 years and above!

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Please note the interviews will be conducted in English.
