Position: Business Development Sales Executive - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Do you have a strong drive for sales and a desire to make a significant impact on the growth and success of a reputable company in the construction industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize prospecting, networking, and lead generation techniques to identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Work collaboratively with project management and estimating teams to create competitive proposals for potential clients.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

- Utilize effective presentation skills to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.

Essential Job Functions:

- Engage proactively with potential clients to fully understand their needs and requirements.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Manage leads and track sales activities using CRM software, providing progress reports to management.

- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position the company's services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals on favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Skills:

- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the commercial construction industry.

- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Self-motivated with a strong determination to achieve results.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
