3-7 years of real estate experience

Ability to run real estate deals and due diligence calls

Financing, loan documents, construction loans

Low Income Tax Credit experience

Represent lenders and bond issuers

Position Skills:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.

Proven track record in real estate transactions

Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions

Proficient in lease negotiations and drafting.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
