Your Responsibilities:

Lead the Land Development Process, including acquisitions and investigations.

Plan and construct communities with a customer-first approach.

Create and manage the Division's land availability inventory system.

Maintain a network of industry contacts for acquisition opportunities.

Assist with Proforma development and land development budget estimates.

Conduct timely feasibility studies, providing continuous projections.

Negotiate acquisitions and construction actions, coordinating land/lots purchase.

Ensure adherence to zoning stipulations, CLOS requirements, and timely community phase deliveries.

Develop, monitor, and adhere to land development schedules and budgets.

Provide leadership to the Land Development team, fostering teamwork and internal integration.

Review and make recommendations on external events affecting real estate assets.

Develop relationships with politicians, governmental staff, and industry contacts.

Proactively promote innovative, non-traditional land uses to the Divisional team.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, construction management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

10+ years of land development experience with project management responsibilities.

Strong understanding of the land development process.

Proven track record in planning and building communities with a customer-first approach.

Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, zoning stipulations, and CLOS requirements.

Experience in negotiation, budgeting, and cash flow projection.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and government officials.

Innovative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
