Job Description
$40,000 - $45,000Responsibilities:
Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brandQualifications:
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Communicates well, both verbally and writtenAbout Company
