Job Description

$100,000 - $250,000+ a year. Hourly + highest Performance Pay in the industry + Bonuses and incentives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly

Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs

Provide multiple options to customer in the form of "Good, Better, Best"

Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution

Requirements

3 or more years of residential plumbing experience is preferred

Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement

MUST have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record

Able to pass a criminal background check

Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
