Becoming a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a great way to get started in real estate!

An ACTIVE TX REAL ESTATE LICENSE is required and this is an in-office position in San Antonio, TX.

This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the real estate business while receiving a salary plus commission!

Our ISAs generate leads from various inbound and outbound lead sources. The ISA assists in all aspects of the client accumulation process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system. The ISA obtains critical information about our buyer and seller leads and schedules appointments with Exquisite Properties' buyer's agents.

This role involves great attention to detail, making calls, a strong commitment to systems, a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone, data entry along great customer service when communicating with customers/clients. Excellent and in-depth training is provided one-on-one with our ISA manager. No experience is necessary. We just ask that you be enthusiastic and easily coachable with a can-do attitude.

$55,000 - $80,000 Base + CommissionResponsibilities:

Prospect for clients every day and build a pipeline of future clients.

Be productive and set appointments while responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries 24/7.

Make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, communicate via email/text, and coordinate and schedule real estate buying and selling opportunities.

Follow up daily using the CRM (Boomtown) to stay on top of clients who may need extra nurturing.

Consistently track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.

Follow scripts to deliver our team value proposition and handle objections.

Qualify leads to discern clients' motivation and discuss the needs and wants of buying/selling a home.

Become a pro with MLS and learn how to use this tool to better serve your leads.

Ensure the client always has a 5-star customer service experience.

You will be responsible for the On-Call phone anywhere from 6-8 days per month including 1 weekend a month. If your schedule does not allow for night and weekend work activity (from home), this will not be the position for you! You will be getting calls back and incoming calls occasionally during these times.

No real estate experience is needed but you must have your TX Real Estate license!

Work in-office Monday - Friday. Hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Must be willing & able to work outside office hours if a client needs assistance.

An action-oriented individual who will put in the work required to achieve success for the team and yourself.

Innate sales talent: Do you love sales? Do you develop strong relationships?

Thick skin: Do you let rejection get you down or are you able to shake it off and keep it moving?

Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Ability to work within multiple screens at a time.

Awesome phone and communication skills; dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken.

Ability to use or quickly learn our real estate-specific CRM (Boomtown) and marketing/lead technologies.
