Job Description

Salary: from $55 to $65,000 depending on experience and level of credentials

We are seeking a Nurse RN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residential clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic care and treatment to our residential clients

Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications, when needed

Take vital signs, enter client medications into the eMAR, and liaise with our Medical Director, when needed.

Educate and update clients on their medical treatments and proper self-care

Perform medication audits and disposal as required by law and agency policies

Administer diagnostic tests for Tuberculosis and COVID-19

Other duties in the scope of regular nursing practice, as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Familiarity with electronic health and medication administration records

Ability to build rapport with clients seeking treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to participate as part of a clinical treatment team
