Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Raleigh, NC.

The number of technology and scholarly institutions around Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham make the area known as the Research Triangle. The North Carolina State Capitol is a 19th-century Greek Revival–style building with a statue of George Washington dressed as a Roman general in its rotunda.

This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Primary Care Organization. They have a unique focus on the Hispanic population and aim to find providers who are connected to the community.

Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000 and up based on experience

Profit Sharing ( $15,000 to $20,000 Annually)

Health, Vision and Dental Insurance – Employers Pays 85% ($100 Per Month)

Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% Match

Loan Repayment - $350 a month

Paid Time Off (15 Days) 3 Weeks

CME Time Off – 5 Days Off and $1,500 Allowance

Responsibilities

Outpatient

Schedule: 4 Day Work Week : 10 Hour Shifts (37 hours of clinical work, 3 hours of administrative time)

Administrative work can be done from home

One Saturday Per Month (8am to 5pm)

2 or more Saturdays a month (8am to 2pm) Paid for full 40 hours

On Call (After Hours Answering Service)

Requirements

1 Year of Experience Required

Clear and Active License in the State of North Carolina

Family Nurse Practitioner

Bilingual (Fluent Spanish) Required

Desired Skills: Joint Injections, Extract Toe Nails, Minor Surgeries, Minor Urgent Care, Incisions, etc.
