About the Role:

A Call Center Agent at Brand Avenue is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent service, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring positive experiences and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, requests, or concerns.

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, or provide updates as needed.

Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, and strive to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in computer applications and software, including CRM systems.
