Responsibilities
Help with onsite sales training, coaching and mentoring of current Senior Living Director of Sales.
Monitors and ensures accountability for achieving sales goals.
Travel to communities as requested to offer support and assist the sales team in person. Make prospect follow up calls, conduct tours, work with prospective families regarding the move-in process.
Periodically cover for empty site sales roles. Respond to inquiries, conduct personal visits, and use follow-up strategies to make sales
Assist in managing the on-site sales employees. This role will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Help achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through marketing, public relations, sales, and resident service activities. Must have a competitive drive to meet and exceed goals.
Supports communities with market information and sales consultation to ensure successful occupancy and customer service outcomes
Monitor all aspects of the building and operations that affect first impressions and bring concerns and recommendations to the Executive Director of improvement.
Work with the community nurse, family members, care providers, social services personnel, and other professionals as needed to ensure appropriate placement and successful residency.
Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, prospective residents, facility operations and personnel.
Provides training and oversight in Hubspot CRM Systems
