Job Description

Threshold has teamed up with Rocky Mountain Power and is hiring an Energy Canvasser for an exciting new position. This door-to-door residential position allows you to interact with local Rocky Mountain Power customers to educate and enroll them in the Cool Keeper Program, which is designed to help us build a cleaner, stronger, more reliable energy future and to save customers money on their bill.

This is not a traditional sales position as there is no cost to the customer; however, sales experience is a plus and good people skills are a must. We are looking for full-time and part-time employees.

Qualified candidates will work and grow within The Threshold Group.

Our compensation package includes a generous, uncapped commission plan for each residential customer enrolled in the Cooler Keeper Program. Average earnings are $875-$1200+ per week for approximately 30 flexible hours.

Strong communication skills

A genuine passion for energy conservation/reduction

A strong desire to directly engage with members of your community.

Willingness and ability to knock doors of existing customers to pitch the benefits of enrollment in the program

Must possess a driver's license and reliable transport
