JOB SUMMARY
The Residential Security Agent I is responsible for providing a policy-based static security presence on a 900-acre private estate.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide vigilant, static post coverage
Provide a professional, remarkable impression while on post
Screen and log persons entering and exiting the property
Monitor and analyze camera and access control-based systems
Enforce policy and procedure that enhance safety, security and loss prevention
Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
Be an ambassador of the property by providing direction to lost travelers or curious onlookers
Conduct investigations and write reports for incidences that occur at post
Contribute to the team effort by completing other duties as necessary
Recognize, identify and welcome the clients, guest of clients, and partners
Liaise with local public safety agencies
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid State of HI driver license
Must possess a current Guard Card from the State of HI, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs
Must complete and clear a background check
Working knowledge of PC or Mac computers, iPads, mobile phones, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office applications
Ability to carry out tasks independently and without supervision
Must be able to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS
Able to stand, unaided for extended periods of time to perform essential job function
Able to walk, unaided on uneven or unimproved surfaces to perform essential job function
Must be able to work outdoors in wet, dusty, or windy weather conditions
Able to drive a side by side "utility" vehicle or company vehicles

Salary Range
$29—$32 USD
