MGC Roofing and Construction is looking for an ambitious, results-driven and career oriented commercial service sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential commercial roofing clients.

Role and Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell roofing products/services to prospective accounts

Achieve agreed upon monthly sales & revenue goals

Utilize an account based, consultative approach to determine correct requirements and qualify specific opportunities

Establish, nurture, and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants)

Reach out to customer leads through pipeline development, cold calling as wells as maintaining relationships with established accounts

Update SalesForce CRM and Sales opportunity pipeline daily

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Complete and adopt in-house STG Sales Accelerator training

Attend weekly sales meetings, training events and mandatory Tuesday STG coaching calls.

Represent the MGC Vision, Mission and Values - Promote the company brand in the marketplace

Achieve all minimum average sales based activities KPI's & accurately report each Monday

Grow in technical knowledge - both industry-general and project-specific

Execute daily activities to assure your sales pipeline has adequate opportunities to meet sales goal

Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative with willingness to learn

Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Must be comfortable getting on the roof to inspect

We will provide training for the right candidate

Compensation: $100,000.00 + per year (mix of base salary plus commission)
