Bartender Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Wright State Nutter Center. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our guests receive the highest quality service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area and ensuring that all inventory is properly stocked and accounted for.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to guests in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking inventory as needed

Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of all beverages and equipment

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Bartender Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to lift and carry heavy weight, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive motions

Excellent guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Regular and reliable attendance

Bartender Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant

Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and their preparation

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bartender Skills:

As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills to prepare and serve various beverages to guests. Your guest service skills will be instrumental in engaging with guests and meeting their needs. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. It's important to note that this role requires physical capabilities, including the ability to lift and carry heavy weight, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions. Your regular and reliable attendance will ensure our guests receive the highest quality service.
