Job Description

Redwood Smiles in Redwood City, CA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to support our dentists and ensuring our patients have a positive experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position

Monday through Friday - no weekends

8am to 5pm

Qualifications & Skills

Must have current and active CA certified RDA license

Minimum 1 year of experience working in orthodontics required

Upbeat personality a must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Punctual

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations, procedures, and adjustments

Take and develop dental x-rays

Make impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances

Other duties as assigned
