Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Process customer policy change requests.

Requirements

Must be fluent in Spanish.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal and customer service skills.

Professional phone etiquette and solid computer skills.

Successful sales background.

Minimum 1 year prior insurance sales experience preferred.
