Hiring for Retail Store Sales Representative for a fragrance manufacturing company based in UAE: Store Location: Deira, Dubai Retail Sales Representative responsibilities include: • Greeting and directing customers • Respond to customer’s queries, provide accurate information about the products and services (quantity, packaging, fragrance variety, etc.), inform on special promotions and discounts • Inventory management/ merchandising, ensure that products are organized properly on racks/ shelves • Receive new products within the store and identity products for replenishment and replacement • Gather customer feedback and relay the same to the Store Manager • Stay up-to-date with new products/services/ releases in the same market Requirements and skills • Bachelor’s degree, background in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role • Deep understanding of the retail perfumes/ essential oils/ fragrances • Knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising procedures, POS system • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Excellent communication skills Interested candidates may send thier CV
