Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising vacancies, screening tenants, and negotiating leases.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all units meet high-quality standards.

Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.

Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely rent collection.

Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements affecting property management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of leasing procedures and property maintenance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, colleagues, and external partners.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
