The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking a Sr. Data Quality Analyst for product and meta-data analytics. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for the quality of data related to products and processes. The Sr. Data Quality Analyst will be working in a fast-paced environment within the Analytics and Data Science organization and will report directly to the SVP – Analytics and Data Science. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, quality obsessed, process visionary who is comfortable working closely with individuals across the global enterprise, as well as with technology partners and vendors.

Your Responsibilities:

Own end to end Data Quality Process on PureSpectrum platform

Identify existing and potential issues with Pre-survey, In-survey and Post-survey data quality on the platform

Track, Mine and Analyze meta-data, to implement fraud prevention measure

Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to implement strategic product enhancements

Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate Product and Data Quality; create alert systems and provide regular updates to senior management

Understand key data quality issues, formulate hypotheses, apply statistical methods and create Proof-of-Concept (POC) for recommended solutions.

Conduct deep dive analyses on vast amounts of data to uncover actionable insights for both Supply and Client sides.

Translate solutions to technical requirements and strategic product development

Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan roadmaps, prioritize workflow, and manage the development cycle.

Requirements:

BS Degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Products with an emphasis on Data Quality

Experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SPSS

Experience working with AWS environment

Familiarity with databases and BI tools (e.g. SQL, mongoDB, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Google forms, etc.

Experience in Market Research industry preferred
