Vehicle Inspection Officer

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their mechanical and electrical conditions.

Inspect vehicle document expiration and safety conditions.

Identify and document any issues or defects found during inspections.

Provide accurate and detailed reports on inspection findings.

Recommend repairs or replacements necessary to address identified issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to schedule and prioritize necessary repairs

Follow up the process of repair to ensure that spare parts appropriated for maintenance work are utilized judiciously.

Inspect vehicles after maintenance to ensure that the needed repairs are carried out.

Requirements

HND or B.Sc in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

1 to 2 years’ cognate experience as a vehicle technician with good knowledge of vehicle inspection and repair.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Accuracy and Attention to detail

Sound Knowledge of latest automobile repairs & best industry practices.
