Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies tailored to real estate development and management to drive growth and market share for Bolt Realty.
• Continuously evaluate and update strategic plans based on real estate market trends and company performance metrics.
• Set clear, achievable objectives and benchmarks to measure strategic success in the context of property development.
• Lead the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns specifically designed for real estate properties and services offered by Bolt Realty.
• Analyse the effectiveness of different marketing channels and sales tactics in the real estate context, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Lead the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns specifically designed for real estate properties and services offered by Bolt Realty.
• Drive the sales of real estate properties through innovative marketing strategies and robust sales techniques.
• Oversee real estate development projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they align with Bolt Realty’s strategic goals.
• Lead the business development team by setting goals, providing guidance, and motivating team members to excel in the real estate market.
• Offer training and professional development opportunities to keep the team updated on the latest real estate trends and techniques.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and business plans.
• Strong digital marketing skills with experience in managing social media platforms and SEO.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
