Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Hydraulic & Transmission Mechanics to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic systems and mechanical transmissions, servicing a variety of machinery and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and transmission components in vehicles and machinery.

Perform routine maintenance and system overhauls, replacing or repairing worn parts as necessary.

Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance.

Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical schematics and diagrams.

Maintain detailed records of serviced equipment and report on maintenance work conducted.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics and technicians.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in hydraulic and transmission technology.

Requirements

Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Hydraulic & Transmission Mechanic, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and mechanical transmission operations.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude.

Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in physically demanding conditions.
