Responsibilities of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Originate Mortgage Loans through provided leads

Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and locking the loan. Will not be required to do any of the operations processes

Requirements of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

State NMLS license

At least 5 years of recent Mortgage Origination experience

Must have experience working with the majority of new purchase loans and minimal refi

Creditworthy and ability to pass personal background checks and mandatory drug test

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Base Salary 75k-82k no bonus, benefits available
