Role Responsibilities

This fixed-term contract role will coordinate all supply and inventory operations and activities that directly service the AU Domestic business unit. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

Be the lead for all Supply related planning & analytical tasks for both Bulk and FG portfolios, including:

Prepare for all supply review meetings with various business partners (internal and external) to ensure supply plans meet requirements, identify and call out risk where applicable, and initiate mitigation strategies

Validate co-manufacturing supply plans and ensure they are accurately reflected in the monthly shipment forecast that goes to our overseas Operating Units

Proactively enter all supply and inventory data into relevant databases to support the SKU rationalisation and Run Out Run In process to ensure seamless project transitions and cost minimization

Validate CCEP NPD supply plans to ensure this supports commercial plans

Identify, discuss and resolve supply and SAP PO misalignment issues with Customer Service and co-manufacturing teams

Initiate and submit detailed Inventory projections, analytics and optimisation processes, internally and collaboratively with our co-manufacturing partners, including:

Prepare, analyze and submit monthly inventory projection data for relevant submissions including Budget, Supply Chain MBR, Latest Estimate etc. for both local and global forums with relevant commentary to explain the latest projection to budget. Present recommended actions to correct if projections are off budget

Review monthly inventory performance to plan and provide insights and drivers on any variances to budget

Build and prepare scenario-based inventory projection simulations for review as required and offer recommended actions with supporting justification

Allocation management – plan inventory targets and supply allocation volumes and ensure timely and accurate reporting to identify any potential variances to plan including course-correcting actions and recommendations

SOH reporting – manage monthly reporting for CCEP and customers and ensure clarity on variances to plan are understood

Generate and maintain reports across several different cadences, including: KPIs for the Monthly Supply Chain MBR, Weekly S&OE, Supply Review, monthly shipment forecast, monthly inventory projection, budgets

Attend relevant local, regional, and global calls to review and discuss performance, projections and align on actions

Set up and maintain easy access to critical information for all relevant business stakeholders and functions.

Work closely with local Supply and Logistics teams to ensure collaboration, best practice sharing and consolidation of work/reports

Supply and inventory SME to drive and support the optimization of these processes and implementation of these functional areas with our new co-manufacturing partner

Qualifications

Required previous experience in Supply and Inventory Planning (ideally 3-year min) and/or Business Analyst

Able to complete analytics in Excel is a must, experience in SAP Planning modules (APO, IBP) and SAP / BW would be beneficial

FMCG/alcohol background desirable but not critical

Tertiary qualification preferable
