Reports directly to Design/ Technical Manager

Ensures that all Design Department documents are properly received, recorded, classified, coded, transmitted, distributed and maintained.

Controls and prioritize reproduction and distribution of Design Department documents.

Maintains and safe keeps a systematic documents file in accordance with an established project record index.

Established a systematic document coding and filing system.

Following specifications to

Creating various technical drawings/ shop drawings in the line with the IFC (issued for construction) drawings to meet project specs. Civil 3D software knowledge is preferable, but not essential. Well experienced in autocad.

Preparing both rough sketches, lists and detailed work with CADD systems.

Other related tasks that may be assigned.
