Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity in Goldsboro, NC
Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Customer Service/Front Desk for our branch. This candidate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service and assist customers for loan processing.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure that the customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, including, greeting and acknowledging every customer.
· Communicate customer request to management
· Assist in processing loan applications
· Aid customers in locating merchandise
· Maintain telephone etiquette when assisting customers that call.
· Support office with administrative and secretarial task
· Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
· Process and close loans, take payments, collections, and the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
· Good communication skills.
· Excellent Customer Service Skills.
· Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
· Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, with weekend availability.
