TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES/HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: BALTIMORE

Major New Jersey law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm) for their Baltimore, Maryland office.

Responsibilities include:

High volume phone contact

Greeting clients

Reserving and setting up conference rooms

Maintenance of kitchen pantries

Other duties include light typing, photo copying, filing and special projects on a needed basis

Requirements:

Strong Computer skills

Law firm experience a plus
