Job Description:We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Janitor/Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the dealership premises, including showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas. The Janitor/Custodian will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in showroom, offices, and customer lounges.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, countertops, and furniture.

Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of exterior areas, including parking lots and walkways.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replenishing restroom supplies.

Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or custodian preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and floor buffers.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
