Survey Technician

KEITH is looking for an Survey CAD Technician to join our Survey and Mapping team in our Miami, Florida office. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. Responsibilities:

Assist with CAD mapping in the creation of surveys, maps, plats and sketches & legal descriptions

Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed

Download data collectors, process & analyze data

Prepare survey and SUE project deliverables and ensure client requirements are met

Participate in LiDAR data collection group

Establish processes for LiDAR from field to finish

Ensure that quality control procedures are being implemented

Monitor technical and quality control standards

Provide quality control and quality assurance on survey deliverables

Participate and support development of long-term goals and objectives

Monitor and improve upon production levels

Enforce company policies with respect to safety, protocol, and procedure

Requirements:

3+ years experience with CAD mapping

Experience with AutoCAD is a must
