Seeking a Sushi Apprentice in Mout Kisco, NY.

The Sushi chef would be responsible for the daily preparations for the Sushi Bar as well as play an integral role in the service of restaurant customers.

An ideal candidate would:

Have demonstrable knowledge in fish butchering, saku, sashimi, and nigiri fabrication, and the ability to produce high-quality sushi rolls. Advanced

Be comfortable working in full view of the dining room and customers as well as playing an active role in the steps of service.

Possess a strong sense of organization and cleanliness as well as a working knowledge of basic food safety protocols.

Be of a team first mindset, eager to collaborate support, and elevate themselves and their coworkers.
