Role Description:

Design of the S/4 requirements in the Explore phases of the implementation units.

· Support the creation of the required artifacts in the SAP Focused Build (Functional Specification, Collaboration Diagrams, KDS, etc.).

· Ensure communication with the relevant stakeholders in the work organization such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test Manager securely.

· Coordination of technical requirements as a link between the work organisation in Switzerland and our development partner abroad.

· In this role, you will be part of an Agile Release Train with a focus on planning, control, material management, quality management and sales (SAP MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, PM).

· Within a BizDevOps, you will help shape the future S/4HANA solution as part of a multi-year program from design to implementation.

· As an SAP consultant, you will collect business requirements, develop and present implementation proposals in S/4HANA, advise the department on the optimal design of SAP processes and lead the implementation of the solution.

· Your tasks will also include the creation of functional specifications, the documentation of business processes in flow diagrams, the development of suitable test cases and the technical specification of the data migration objects.

· As a team player, you will support the transfer of knowledge and the development of experience in the Material Management team of the ART.

Essential Skills:

Solid experience in business analysis as well as in customizing in S/4 SAP Material Management, especially physical and planning logistics (focus on SAP MM, ideal with knowledge of EWM integration)

· Furthermore, you have several years of experience in business analysis, the design of S/4HANA solutions in the areas of SAP inventory management and warehouse management as well as the SAP Activate methodology.

· Experience in the creation of functional specifications, customizing as well as integrative knowledge in the modules SAP MM, SD, PP, PM and FI/CO are also required.

· Team- and customer-oriented personality with very good analytical and conceptual skills.

· You enjoy actively looking for solutions and ways to overcome a problem.

· Experience in creating design artifacts in English.

· You communicate (orally) in German and have a good command of English.

· Used to working with Confluence and Jira
