Cook - Asian Fusion / Japanese

Job Description

Koto Lowell is going to open its new restaurant soon. We are an Asian Fusion restaurant with a focus more towards Japanese cuisine and Asian fusion food. Come join our team as a Cook if you have experience cooking Asian Food dishes.

As a cook, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Prep materials for cooking

Cook dishes such as:

Katsu, Donburi, Fried rice, Udon, Ramen

Kimchee tofu or beef

Bento boxesRequirements for the job:

Experience with Asian style cuisine
