Nurse Practitioner in Tyler TX

Great opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a Heart Failure clinic within a large organization in Eastern Texas - Tyler, TX area.

Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Must have Cardiology experience as an NP/PA

This is an outpatient clinic setting only

Currently staffed by two other APC's but growing and in need of a third

Patients referred to this clinic have to have a diagnosis of heart failure

Patients are referred through their cardiologist and post hospital follow ups

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p - 36 patient hours and a half a day off for admin time
