Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and charging points
Carry out testing and commissioning of new EV chargers
Carry out routine testing and inspections of EV chargers and charging point
Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of EV chargers and charging point
Maintain event log for EV chargers and charging point
Assist the maintenance engineer / supervisor to close Work Orders / Service Requests in Maintenance System
Support emergencies / special operations as requested by operations team / maintenance engineer / supervisor
Assist the supervisor in daily, weekly and monthly report submissions for monitoring and financial purposes
Uphold a safe operating environment and carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot Work, hazardous area classification and etc
Assist the maintenance engineer / supervisor to carry out and monitor the regular maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and charging stations in accordance with TR 25 requirements.
Assist the maintenance engineer / supervisor to manage and liaise with maintenance contractor or charger OEM to ensure that planned and ad-hoc maintenance and repair activities are carried out expeditiously and in accordance with TR25 as well as any other pre-determined standards
Assist the maintenance engineer / supervisor to monitor the operational status of EV charging points and liaise with maintenance contractors and / or hardware and software suppliers to resolve any identified issues
Ensure all maintenance/repair works carried out by maintenance contractor or charger OEM are appropriately and timely carried out without any safety or monetary compromises
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least a NITEC certificate in Electrical / Control & Instrumentation with minimum two years of relevant experience
Fresh NITEC graduates would be also considered and training will be provided
Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance / electrical or electronic equipment servicing
Able to read and understand electrical SLD, control diagrams or parts drawings and manufacturer manuals
Experience in operating EV chargers is an advantage, however operation training will be provided
Strong team-player with good communication skills
Good experience coordinating with suppliers and contractors to test and commission electrical equipment
Good Health, Safety and Environment knowledge - preferably having experience working in minimum BizSafe 3 certified company
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and attentive to details
Possess a Singapore Class 3 driver's license and confident of driving a van
