We’re looking for a Governance Risk and Compliance Reporting Analyst who expects more from their career. You will work with dunnhumby’s Governance Risk and Compliance leadership to promote a proactive approach to risk management in the business. The role’s primary focus with the cyber risk domain is risk assessment and alignment to the NIST security framework, whilst assisting the risk team in all other key functional phases of risk management.

dunnhumby manages vast amount of data, if we fail to effectively manage our infrastructure, including adequate disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities issues could occur leading to delays, loss of service and subsequent inability to deliver against our client obligations, as a risk analyst you will be key to ensuring dunnhumby maintains its operational effectiveness.

What you’ll be working on:

Acting as a key enabler in the enhancement of cyber risk management company wide

Lead the Risk Assessment process and support all other cyber risk processes, to include; Risk training and awareness, collation of information, risk analysis & monitoring, and assessments of control selection and evaluation

Communicate technical risk concepts to non-technical individuals, providing analytical support to management and risk committees

Support the control assurance consultant in mapping controls to associated risks and subsequent alignment of relevant security frameworks

Assist in the implementation and compliance to The NIST security framework

Assist in the update and review of dunnhumby risk management security policies, solutions, and standards

Assist in the production and design of regular / ad-hoc reporting, including documentation of processes and workflow

Supporting in detailed cyber risk assessments on business initiatives relating to the various activities that dunnhumby undertakes, ensuring that risk activities are signed off at the correct level within the organisation

Support in the implementation & customization of the new GRC Tool

What we expect from you

3 to 5 years of leading Enterprise Risk assessment process for a global organisation

Experience of working on compliance frameworks and assisting in implementation

Governance and Risk methodology understanding
