We are pursuing an experienced working Maintenance Technician to work within a service team and provide all levels of residential maintenance for a class A property. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, is willing to earn HVAC and CFC certifications, and possesses strong maintenance skills.
Detailed Job Description
Complete apartment work orders and apartment turnovers
Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair
Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and electrical work
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance to ensure that everything is in working order
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to take after hours and on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
Monitors and organizes inventory
Picks up and delivers supplies as needed
Qualifications
2 years of Maintenance experience in a residential community or similar
CFC & HVAC certification required or willingness to obtain
Training in plumbing and electrical preferred
Working knowledge and experience in general apartment maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, repair, etc.)
Valid driver's license
